Industrial Farmhouse Kitchen...

Just came across this charming - perfectly thought out kitchen!

Julie Renee, her husband and three kids live in Plain City, Ohio and created this perfect gem of a kitchen!

I love coming across images like this - notice the kitchen doesn't boast top-of-the-line appliances and surfaces and it's just perfect!

I was just talking to my sister about this same topic; one doesn't have to invest large amounts of money to have a spectacular one-of-a-kind space... it just takes a little creativity and thought, which we all have inside of us!

It was my sister's bridal shower yesterday... yay Dallas!!

It was so fun seeing all our close family and friends!

I love to sit down with my aunts - catching up on what's new in their lives; one particular aunt of mine who has amazing taste, was telling me about this particular apartment in Paris that she in love with!!  Well, here it is... L'Wrenn Scott's Parisian Perch photographed for Vogue magazine!

Tiffanie Benson (my aunt) loves the serene pastel colors and the delicate airy atmosphere, she is hoping to incorporate some of these same elements into her own home.

Notice L'Wrenn's marble mantel with those gorgeous gilded gold frames coupled with mercury glass!

She was born in America but now lives in East London where she now works as a professional photographer.  You can tell by each image Kristin is not only an amazing photographer, she also has a background in styling and design!

Glamorous Raw...

I love this beautiful Victorian Villa in Pimilco, London area!

It was built back in 1859 and housed the Grosvenor School of Modern Art... cool right?!!

Rose Uniacke took on this gorgeous structure and turned it into the perfect residence.  Rose describes this home as "glamorous raw"; the kitchen's floor was made from reclaimed rustic stone tiles and the wood floors are made from old floorboards that were stripped bare:
